Quality made tourniquet with a similar design to CAT with metal buckle and aluminum windlass. Made to be tough and work in extreme cold, scorching heat and all weather conditions. The use of metal parts makes it very resistant to UV degradation and outside mechanical forces. DNIPRO tourniquet is manufactured in Ukraine and was tested and is now extensively used on the battlefield by saving lives daily. This is the gen 2 design with some minor changes and improvements.
